Spacest.com is an online platform for medium-long term rentals that was created as a guarantee for the tenant: we check all the apartments and the photos are recent and reliable so you can book online with peace of mind to avoid someone else doing it before you.

A true leap in apartment design, we offer a variety of apartments to suit all student budgets and lifestyles, whether you want the privacy of living alone or the laughter of living together.

If the booking request is accepted, you will receive a module to complete the booking process and select the payment plan.
You will pay two weeks rent to block the option for you and after that choose the payment plan.
You will be able to choose, depending on the residence, a payment plan of 4 installments or an annual payment.
