Inicio de contrato: Primer día del mes de la fecha de disponibilidad de la habitación (independientemente de la fecha seleccionada de check in).
Fin de contrato: Último día del último mes en el que el inquilino se fuera a quedar por contrato.
Fecha de check in: Cuando el inquilino quiera dentro de la disponibilidad.
Fecha de check out: A criterio del inquilino, dentro de la disponibilidad.
Contratos mensuales, el contrato de alquiler comienza el día de disponibilidad de la habitación (independientemente de la fecha seleccionada de check in)
Start of contract: First day of the month of the date of availability of the room (regardless of the selected check-in date).
End of contract: Last day of the last month in which the tenant was to stay under contract.
Check in date: When the tenant wants within the availability.
Check out date: At the tenant's discretion, subject to availability. Monthly contracts, the rental contract starts on the day the room is available (regardless of the selected check in date).
