Hello Humans, Im renting my large luminous, sunny & central located and fully furnished room in an 2 Room-Apartment in Essen-City. Everything you need is in the flat. The other room is rented by an young female student for one year. So the kitchen, floor and bathroom will be shared.
The Flat is just in front of the University of Essen and next to Downtown Essen and Limbecker Platz (Big shopping Mall). Also the flat ist perfectly connected with the underground station "Berliner Platz", which connects you to the main railway station (Hauptsbahnhof) in 8 minutes and to the Fair "Messen Essen" in 12 minutes. Next to the Apartment you will find a lot of restaurants, bars and clubs a Cinema and shopping opportunities. Also in front of the flat are more than one University Cafes, where young people and students hang out or do co-working.

Hallo Leute, Ich vermiete mein schönes, zentral gelegenes und voll möbliertes Zimmer in Essen-Innenstadt. Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer in einer 2-er WG. Das andere Zimmer ist an eine sehr liebe Studentin für ein Jahr vermietet. Küche, Bad und Flur dienen der gemeinsamen Nutzung.
Alles was du brauchst ist in der Wohnung. Das Haus liegt direkt neben U-Bahn Berliner Platz und ist top verbunden in die Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof, Messe Essen und auch Essen-Rüttenscheid. Die Wohnung liegt quasi neben Limbecker Platz, in der Fußgängerzone und gegenüber der Universtität. Damit ist alles was man für den Alltag (Shopping, Apotheken, Lebensmittel, Restaurants, Bars, Cafes, Universität, Kino etc.) braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe und Fußläufig erreichbar.
