It contains a portable double induction hob, a small oven and a microwave with grill function as well as a stylish and quiet retro fridge with freezer from SMEG. The Konkordiastraße runs parallel to the Lorettostraße and is therefore in the center of the Lorettoviertel in Düsseldorf-Unterbilk.

Due to the Lorettostraße and the Medienhafen within walking distance, Unterbilk is "the" trendy district in Düsseldorf. A large number of owner-managed shops, trendy bars, pubs and various cultural offers, but also the proximity to the city center, the old town, the main train station and the "Kö" make the location very popular.
