For the time of our stay abroad in July and August this year, we are offering our beautiful and high-quality furnished flat in the Outer New Town for interim rent.
You can expect a spacious open-plan cooking, dining and living area equipped with a high-end kitchen, sandstone arch and wooden floorboards, including high-quality electrical appliances (Bora Professional hob with hob extractor, SMEG oven and fridge, portafilter espresso machine and high-quality electric coffee grinder, etc.).
The flat also has a spacious bedroom with a 180cm wide continuous cold foam mattress and access to the large balcony with electric awning, balcony furniture and, of course, a view of the green garden. As the bedroom windows all face the garden, you can sleep very peacefully.
A large children's room, a bathroom with shower and new washer-dryer and a cosy living room with piano are also part of the flat.
We live in a great neighbourhood, mostly young families - so don't worry: no party house! So if you're planning to move to Dresden and are looking for a temporary flat, you've found the perfect place to stay.
The flat is located in a lovingly renovated old apartment block in the centre of the trendy Äußere Neustadt pub district. Cafés, restaurants, pubs, playgrounds, the Alaunpark, the Dresden Heath, the Elbe meadows and excellent transport links - all these amenities ensure a very high quality of life. And since the bedroom - as already described - faces the garden, you can sleep in peace and quiet.
