We would like to sublet our cute little heaven of 55 square meter apartment with two big rooms, a cute balcony and a big bathroom with bathtub. From the beginning of April to end of december 2024.
The apartment is located in a quiet side street in the Bötzowviertel in the inner courtyard. It has very well insulated wooden windows, high ceilings (old building) and a beautiful plank floor.
The neighbors are lovely and the Volkspark Friedrichshain is 5 minutes away walking. The appartment is very well connected with the M4 and M10 nearby and 10 minute walking to the next ringbahn.
