This apartment is a studio designed for three people on the 4th floor with a lift - just 2 minutes' walk from the Postgalerie/Europaplatz, Ludwigsplatz and from numerous shops and restaurants, you can enjoy the city center to the fullest --> Living the heart of the city.
The apartment has three 90m x 200m beds, a desk with a chair, a closet with hangers, a small chest of drawers and a television. A fan is also available for warm summer days - if you need additional bed linen, pillows, towels or similar, we can provide them for you at short notice.
Cleaning is done weekly and is included in the rent.
The terrace on the 5th floor is publicly accessible to all residents and you are welcome to use it --> the perfect way to end the evening.
The kitchen has all the kitchen utensils you need for your stay, it should be mentioned that there is no oven.
Salt, pepper, oil, herbs, etc. are already available - non-perishable items are not thrown away once they have been used - it would be a shame to dispose of fresh products straight away!
Hair dryer, towels, bath towels, shampoo and warm underfloor heating in winter complete the offer. Cooking, showering, sleeping and feeling at home is our claim!
If you want to clean your laundry, there is a laundry room on the 1st floor where you can wash your laundry in peace for a small fee.
