A quiet place, car free area (if needed, we could also arrange permission and outdoor parking). Three Restaurants in the neighbourhood, locally well known for side trips, 10 minutes walking distance from Hotel UtoKulm, on top of Zurich.
There are beautiful hikes available in the nearby area, as well as mountain bike trails for those who wish to bring their own bike.
There is a large shared garden that is available for tenants, as well as a shared pool in the summer months. The garden may sometimes be in use for small events or family gatherings, only in the high season.
On request, tenants are also welcome to organise events or gatherings that are in agreement with the host. Usual fees for these can be discounted. With the hosts expertise, yoga sessions and massage can also be arranged.
