The apartment is located in a residential area with a community pool in the summer season (subject to community regulations). To access the pool, it is not accessed from the building itself but from the street. And how much also with tennis court.
The apartment is located in the heart of Torre del Mar, a few meters from Paseo Larios and Calle del Mar and about 200 meters from the beach.
Pets are accepted under a supplement of €35/stay.
