Beautiful apt with view for share at Qanat Quartier Pearl

The apartment is very spacious, with lot of windows and light. Plants in the house to give it a comfy vibe. there are balconies that provide direct sea view and great spot to chill.

The room is nice and furnished, it also has a 2m height window with partial beach view.

The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, coffee machines, blender etc for making juices and snacks. Prefer no heavy cooking at home except in weekends. The residents has access to a private piazza to chill, various beaches at Qanat Quartier and a club house to invite friends to play billiard, watch games, movies etc.

The building is quite and is private, no kids as well.

We are two in the house (one lebanese guy and one venezuelan lady), not often around,  and looking for a third person with a positive chilled vibe. :)

Room is available from 30 November 2024 onwards
