Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a comfy premium mattress. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. Some of our rooms even come with balconies that overlook the hustle and bustle of the city.
The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All shared apartments entail one two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your room mates. To keep things clean and tidy, you can use the washing machine that’s placed in every apartment.

Which documents do we need before sending out contract:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, Blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, a gurantee, etc.

More information about flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
