The apartment has a living/dining room with antique furniture (table, chairs, writing desk), modern paintings in antique frames, a sofa which can be used as a bed, a writing desk and satellite television. By a glas door the terrace with table and chairs can be reached. The separate sleeping area is furnshed with a modern bed (120 x 200) and an antique wardrobe (included a safe) with a window to the courtyard. The bathroom consists of a bathtube with shower and a window to the garden. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, hotplates, dish washer, microwave, water heater, coffee machine, kitchen apppliances etc. To the courtyard is a window. Included are also 2x bed linen and towels. The floor consists of granite tiles, the walls are white painted. The sice oft he apartment is approximately 30m².

In a separate washing house are washing machine and dryer both coin operated, ironing board and an iron. For bicycles is a separate open room beside the washing house.
