The house is located in the transition from the Belgian Quarter and the Rathenau Quarter. The area is currently one of the hippest areas and is characterized by the lively and creative scene. The restaurants and bars on Brussels Street, which are frequented by students and creative people in particular, are in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, the many galleries and cafes invite you to stroll and explore. Aachener Strasse with its trendy bars and restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away; just like the Rathenauplatz with many other restaurants and the possibility to simply sit down in beautiful surroundings or play a game of boules.The park around the Aachener Weiher is also only a few minutes' walk away.
