Two rooms and an open kitchen offering additional space to sit together. The bathroom has a window and contains a tub. There is also an extra room for clothes and other staff.
The Akazienkiez is well known for its nice little cafés and the weekly food market at the Winterfeldtplatz. There is a park in front of the door and a supermarket only few steps away. Close to bus and metro station (e.g. M 48, U7). Centrally located but still cosy and calm.
