Spacest.com is an online platform for medium-long term rentals that was created as a guarantee for the tenant: we check all the apartments and the photos are recent and reliable so you can book online with peace of mind to avoid someone else doing it before you.

-Stays from 1 - 4 months the monthly rental price is: €1165 for double occupancy.
-Stays from 4 - 9 months the monthly rental price is: €1025 for double occupancy.
-Stays from 9 - 12 months the monthly rental price is: €970 for double occupancy.
-The security deposit and administration fee MUST be paid directly to the property manager when the contract is signed, up to 24h after the acceptance of the booking request by the property manager.
