Rooms about 15m2 with sharing bathroom and sharing kitchen with 3-4 other actif people.
The room is furnish with one single bed, table, chair, a cloth cupboard.

The room is at the back side of the house with vieuw on the garden and is very quite.

Deposit : 2 month
Non smoker and no animals
No registration
Minimum rent 9 month
You have to bring your own bedsheets blankets and pillow.
Or it is possible to rent them for 30 euros /stay.

Please do not try to communicate outside the platform. To book the room,
you have to pay the first month rent on the platform (by either sending me a booking request or if I invite you to book and you accept it). It is not possible to request viewing but I can of course answer all of your question.
Then I send you the contract and rules of the house and you sign on each pages and send me back in PDF + copy of your ID or passeport.
Once I get the document and prove of bank transfert the accommodation is booked for you.
