The convenient location and favorable connection with the center make it an attractive place for those who appreciate the charms of the seaside space and free access to attractions offered by city life. Within 1 km from the apartment you will find the Energa stadium and the AmberExpo exhibition and congress complex, allowing you to participate in many cultural, entertainment and spectacular events. The location is distinguished by an extensive road infrastructure - access to Śródmieście takes less than a quarter. By using public transport, we gain a quick and convenient ride to Wrzeszcz in the vicinity of the Baltic Opera, Galeria Bałtycka and the railway station. The "Nowa Letnica" complex offers access to the fitness area, sauna and gym. There are also commercial and service premises and a grocery store in the building.
