This bright & functional apartment, ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 60sqm surface and two balconies. The space is divided in: - 3 bedrooms - 1 bathroom The building has intercom and an elevator. The flat can host up to 5 guests. M(hidden)edroom has a double bed & an ensuite complete bathroom with shower plate, whereas the rest of the bedrooms have: - double bed. - single bed Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. The house has an independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa with three seats and a flat screen TV. There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200€/month. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space nearby and transfer service from/to the airport. Due to its location and public transport connection, Sol square is the meeting point for many tourists and locals in Madrid. Here, you will find the old Post Office (home of Madrid presidency nowadays) & the clock tower, where hundreds of people gather to celebrate every New Years Eve. Preciados street, one of the first pedestrian streets in the city, is Madrid main shopping area, where to find large shopping malls or most famous fashion stores. On its surroundings you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies & banks. Nevertheless, even though Sol neighborhood is located few steps away from the most touristic attractions in the city, it is perfectly connected to Madrid business area.
