The location of the apartment is ideal for students or people studying/working south of the river. To Seoul National University, it's a 10-minute bus ride. By subway, you can reach Hongdae in 25, Gangnam in 10, Jamsil in 25 minutes.

The apartment is located in in a quiet residential area in Nakseongdae. Convenience stores, bakeries, coffee shops, banks, a post office, a supermarket, and a traditional outdoor Korean market are all reachable on foot within 2-3 minutes. The bus to Seoul National University and the Nakseongdae subway station (line 2) are reachable within 4 minutes on foot.
