The apartment is located on the first floor of a condominium with access to a swimming pool and private parking. Located in one of the quietest areas of Vilamoura, the apartment is a short drive from the Marina and the Falésia beaches.

The living room features a flat-screen TV, dining table, a bed drawer that turns into two single beds, and access to a private terrace with barbecue and pool views.

→ Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is shared with the condominium.
→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 10:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Never leave them inside the door lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
→ Night trips due to issues beyond the control of the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.
