This 1.5 room apartment is located on the ground floor in an old, typical Bonn city villa with a small terrace and garden access to the beautiful garden with a barbecue area.
The apartment is tastefully furnished with a mix of antiques and modern furniture, the bathroom and the kitchen are new, as are the windows and is equipped with everything the tenant needs. I will consider special furniture/equipment requests if possible.
The house also has a laundry room with a freely usable washing machine and dryer.
