The apartment has a maximum occupancy of up to 2 beds (1 double rooms). Included are all utilities, operating costs as well as internet use and bed linen, if desired. As long as the electricity, heating and water consumption is within the normal range, there are no additional costs.
The apartment has a hallway, a nice shower room with tub and shower, window and own washing machine as well as a fitted kitchen with large refrigerator and an extra living room with sofa, dining area and TV.

The city center and shopping facilities as well as train connections can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Apartment building with 4 apartments and a shared large garden.
