Accessibility by car:
In the same time, you can reach the city center via the Rade junction (A1 freeway) or via the A7 motorway through the Elbe tunnel. There are plenty of public parking spaces in front of the building.

The house and the apartment were completely renovated in 2023 and therefore meet the KFW 60 standard. There are two residential units in the building.
