Hi! I'm Marta, a student from Croatia and am offering a shared flat from the 1st of Feb. I am the only other person living there and it is 90sqm. The rent is 900 per month with no extra costs. The apartment is fully furnished and has all amenities (forks towels cleaning supplies bedsheets heating etc). The flat is a 2 minute walk to the nearest s bahn and bus station, and an 8 minute walk from the U bahn station. Registration is possible.
Below are some photos. The room labeled "living room" will be yours. (my current flat mate and I moved the sofa to the living room and the landlord gave us a bed + there is also a shelf in there). Other than that everything looks identical. The floor plan is also up in case you're interested.
