Beautiful loft above the rooftops of erlangen with very high quality and fashionable furnishings. The location is super central, but still quite quiet, because the apartment is built to the back out. An underground parking space is already included in the rent. The apartment is distributed over 2 floors and offers space for up to 6 people. Highlight s are definitely a whirlpool in the bedroom with views over the old town of Erlangen and an outdoor seating area with barbecue and sunbathing area.
In the entrance area there is also a sauna included in the flat :)
