This community is located in Shinan district , opposite the Hongkong Garden community where many foreigners live! Near Qingdao University and Ocean University it is five minutes drive to the sea! Close to transportation this location is very convenient. I really think it is a perfect place for foreigners, and you should keep it as an option for living in Qingdao
