The new and modernly furnished apartment is located on the 18th floor in a recently built high-rise building near the Gasometer and has approx. 46m² of living space and an 8m² south-facing balcony.
It consists of anteroom, bathroom with toilet, storage room, eat-in kitchen, bedroom and balcony.
Fully and modernly furnished: fitted kitchen (Miele appliances!) including kitchen utensils and crockery, washing machine in the bathroom with bathtub, flat screen TV, high-speed Internet.
The common rooms include a well-equipped fitness room and an outdoor playground for children of all ages. An additional launderette with numerous washing machines dryers is available for a fee.
All amenities for daily needs such as several supermarkets and the mall in the Gasometer are in the immediate vicinity.
The U3 station Gasometer can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The bus station for line 72A Döblerhofstraße is even closer.
A cycle route leads from the high-rise directly to the center of Vienna.
Through the nearby St. Marx junction and the Prater junction, Döblerhofstraße is directly connected to the higher-level road network (A4/A23).
A supermarket (Spar) is on the ground floor of the same building and other shops (Billa, Hofer, Mall in the Gasometer) are in the immediate vicinity.
If the apartment is rented by two or three people, an additional price of 5.64 Euros per person a day will be calculated.
