Your new home is situated in the Metaxourgeio neighborhood of Athens, Greece There are several amenities nearby including restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. The area is known for its vibrant street art scene, and many of the buildings have been decorated with colorful murals, which gives it a unique and artistic atmosphere. Are you looking for some greenery? The nearest park is Pedion tou A(hidden), which is just a short walk away from your accommodation. The area is also home to several cultural venues, such as the National Theatre of Greece and the Municipal Gallery of Athens, which makes it a great place for arts and culture enthusiasts.
During your stay, you will be well-connected to the rest of the city, with several metro and bus stop nearby, making it easy to access other parts of the city.

Please note:
The quiet hours take place between 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., and 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
There is a fee for check-in after 00:00.
Other optional costs include a baby high chair and a crib for 20 Euros each.

Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation).

For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
