The arrangement is eco-friendly: the existence of windows on all sides of the building ensures natural light and ventilation avoiding air-conditioning. Usually the air-currents are enough for the cooling but during heat-waves the use of our provided fans might be needed. The entrance and marble staircase are not renovated, preserving th(hidden)ssic aesthetic of Exarcheia.
