Located in the Kolonaki area, with a unique design, in a very peaceful neighborhood close to Lycabettus hill.

The idea of the owner was to create a beautiful and comfortable apartment, on the necessity for providing luxurious tourist services at an affordable price. It is very modern decorated, with a lot of fine art paintings and fully furnished by very well-known designers.

There is one bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. There is also a laundry machine and a dryer. Three big closets will make your stay more comfortable and it has an autonomous heating system. Finally, there is a boiler which provides 24 hours hot water.

Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you.

The entire property has free WIFI!

Syntagma is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.

The apartment is very close to a Greek traditional tavern, a pharmacy, banks, and public transport. Kolonaki is a wealthy, chic, and upmarket district, and a fashionable meeting area. As one of the capital's leading shopping areas, it includes a number of high-end boutiques from casual fashion to prestigious haute couture from Greek and international designers. One of its main shopping streets, Voukourestiou Street, is now known for its jewelry.

Museums and galleries are also located in Kolonaki. The Benaki Museum, inside a preserved neoclassical manor house, and the Goulandris Museum of Cycladic Art and are two of the finest private collections in the country. Two smaller museums to be found in Kolonaki are the Museum of the History of Greek Costume and the Theater Museum, both highly specialized in their respective areas.

A walk across the street from Vasilissis Sofias Avenue is the Byzantine Museum and the War Museum of Athens. There are a plethora of available options for nightlife, including bars, eateries, and taverns. Outdoor seating on pedestrian walks is typical, creating a lively atmosphere at night.

The main Kolonaki Square (with a small column) is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The Lycabettus Funicular, a funicular railway, links Kolonaki to the summit of Lycabettus hill. Kolonaki also hosts 2 metro stations, Evengelismos, and Megaro Mousikis.

Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation).

For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
