-Stays from 4 - 9 months the monthly rental price is: €‎1020 for double occupancy.
-Stays from 9 - 12 months the monthly rental price is: €‎970 for double occupancy.

-The security deposit and administration fee MUST be paid directly to the property manager when the contract is signed, up to 24h after the acceptance of the booking request by the property manager.
