I am offering my flat for sublet from the beginning of April, with the possibility of an extension by arrangement. The flat is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard.

The flat is located in the Rotherbaum district, just a five-minute walk from the university. The location is excellent and the neighbourhood is fantastic. The home is cosy and furnished with attention to detail, which makes it nice to return here again and again. You will find stylish designer pieces, an inviting dining table and an overall very pleasant atmosphere.
