Shared room is $950 each. It’s spacious with a balcony and a bathroom attached. It’s a townhouse on foothill that is a 20 minute walk from campus. Laundry and dishwasher included, free parking, and an updated kitchen.
There’s many food places/shops nearby and 3 bus stops within a 5 minute walk!

Our names are Abigail and Dylan, and we are looking for two roommates for the (hidden) school year. Open to a couple or two friends, cal poly/cuesta students please!
We both keep things clean and like to decorate! We are Arch and Arce majors, and we like to go out, but also study a lot. We are looking for two similar people who are open to sharing a room with each other.
