Bright and perfectly located, this apartment has 2 bedrooms. The first has a double bed and the second with a folding bed that converts into 2 singles. It has a fully equipped bathroom, as well as the kitchen. The living / dining room leads directly to a balcony that allows all the light to enter due to its good orientation, with views of the sea that is 5 minutes away on foot.-
This beautiful and fully equipped apartment is located in one of the most valued areas today for its good connectivity and proximity to the beach. In addition, the town of Premià de Mar stands out for being a quiet town that offers everything one may need, both for a short or long stay.
-For long-term reservations (more than 30 nights) we ask for monthly fee per person for supplies.

On request we make available beach towels at 6 euros per unit for the entire stay.

Please note that to check in before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m., we ask for an extra charge of € 18, directly paid to the key holders.Thank you very much for your collaboration and understanding.
Parties or noise that may be annoying are not allowed.Please be respectful of the environment and respect the rest of the neighbors.

The loss, damage or incorrect use of the house keys will have a minimum cost of replacement / management of € 40.
