Our magnificent premium apartment Catedral 1 is located in one of the best locations in Malaga and is in front of the Cathedral.

The emblematic Calle Larios is located less than 200 meters away. As well as the Plaza de la Constitución, which is less than 300 meters away.

The Thyssen Museum and the Picasso Museum are located less than 500 meters away.

The newly conditioned port of Malaga, as well as the new Pompidou museum, can be found less than 600 meters away from the Premium Catedral 1 apartment. La Malagueta beach with its magnificent promenade, beach bars and bars is located less than 1 km away .

Our premium Catedral 1 apartment has been decorated with the idea of ​​offering all the comforts to our guests who will find five-star qualities in it. The bedroom has a 'King Side' double bed: 2 x 2 Mts, a large wardrobe with two night stands, a dressing room, a dressing table with a mirror to make our guests' stay more comfortable, a television with Wi-Fi. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, fridge, etc.

The newly renovated bathroom with rain shower and glass partition. The living room is 25 m2 and consists of a double sofa bed, armchair, round dining table for four people, 40' flat screen TV and a large wooden bookcase.

Free weekly cleaning (includes change of sheets and towels). Does not include kitchenware cleaning.
The entry time is from 15:00 to 21:00. If you want to register after 9:00 p.m.
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., we offer two options: .1- Pick up the keys at the office at no cost,
2- meet at the reserved apartment. This last service has an extra charge of EUR 50 payable on arrival.

You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over the age of 16 will have to sign the police register.
Please, do not forget that we will ask you for a refundable deposit upon your arrival. This deposit will have to be paid by credit card.
