Das ist eine gemütliche WG mit drei separaten Zimmern. Jedes Zimmer ist insgesamt ca. 15-18 m2 groß.
Die WG hat eine kleine Küche, welche mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet ist (Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Besteck, Backofen).
Waschmaschine ist im Keller, in der Waschküche vorhanden.
Wifi ist in der Wohnung selbstverständlich vorhanden.
Die Küche und das Bad mit WC werden mit 2 weiteren Mitbewohnern geteilt.
Mit der S-Bahn hat man eine sehr gute logistische Anbindung in alle Richtungen.

* Stromverbrauch ist mit 50 kWh pro Monat sowie Kaltwasserverbrauch mit 2,6 m3, Warmwasser mit 1 m3 pro Monat und Heizung 50 Einheiten in den Mietpreis inkludiert.
Bei einer Überschreitung der Verbrauchsgrenze für Heizung, Wasser und Strom führt, steht dem Vermieter eine Nachzahlung zu. Der Vermieter erstellt dazu eine Abrechnung zu den im Mietvertrag festgelegten Stückkosten.

This is a nice apartment with three separate rooms located in the district of Lütgendortmund.

Each room is ca. 16 m2 in size and is fully furnished with a working table and a chair, open wardrobe and a pull-out sofa, as well as some book shelves.
Washing machine is available in the community washing room in the cellar.
Wifi is available in the apartment.
The small kitchen is equipped with all necessary items.
The bathroom, WC and kitchen are shared by three persons in total.

* Electricity consumption of 50 kWh per month as well as cold water consumption of 2,6 m3, hot water of 1 m3 per month and heating of 50 units are included in the rent.
If the consumption limit for heating, water and electricity is exceeded, the landlord is entitled to an additional payment. For this purpose, the landlord shall issue a bill based on the unit costs specified in the rental agreement.
