Living at the Aachen city forest

In the south of Aachen, directly next to the Aachen Stadtwald, we are renting out a fully furnished 2-room flat with a large terrace.

You can find various bus stops within walking distance.

The house is built as a so-called KfW 55 "renewable energy" efficiency house and is heated with geothermal energy. The energy efficiency class is A+.

In December 2023, we are offering the apartment at a reduced price, as the current tenant would like to terminate his contract earlier for personal reasons.
