The apartment is located in Milbertshofen, exactly on the border to Schwabing and a short ride into town by Ubahn/Metro ( 15min).
It is 38 sqm large and is on the 1st floor with park view and elevator. Very nice and quiet street. Full sun from noon to sunset, parking spaces ALWAYS available (free of charge). Cycle path in front of the balcony leads in a few minutes to BMW !!!
Subway: Milbertshofen, U2 in 2 minutes to reach, as well as all shops you need. Nevertheless very, very quiet. The club and sports field of TSV Milbertshofen right across the street (no noise!) with a varied sports program! Public open swimmingpool a short walk away.
Big, sunny balcony with a great view! Fast WLAN, laundry room with dryer, quiet, very nice house community. Apartment is newly renovated. In the house recently both elevator technology and heating system were newly installed.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Milbertshofen, genau an Grenze zu Schwabing. Sie ist 38qm groß und liegt im 1. Obergeschoss mit Parkblick und Fahrstuhl. Sehr hübsche und ruhige Straße. Ab Mittags bis Sonnenuntergang volle Sonne, Parkplätze IMMER vorhanden (gratis). Radweg vor Balkon führt in wenigen Minuten zu BMW U-Bahn: Milbertshofen, U2 in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso alle Läden, die man braucht. Trotzdem sehr, sehr ruhig. Der Verein und Sportplatz des TSV Milbertshofen gleich gegenüber (kein Lärm!) mit vielfältigem Sportprogramm! Sehr huebsches Freibad in 3 Min zu Fuss zu erreichen! Grosser, sonniger Balkon mit tollem Blick! Schnelles WLAN, Waschküche mit Trockner, ruhige, sehr nette Hausgemeinschaft. Wohnung ist frisch renoviert. Im Haus wurden kürzlich sowohl Fahrstuhltechnik als auch Heizungsanlage neu installiert.
