3/WE SET UP YOUR FILE TO APPLY FOR A FLAT
In order to apply for a flat, french landlords ask for some documents to rent the flats. We assist you to do it and we present your file to the owners of the flat
4/HOUSING CONTRACT SIGNED BY THE OWNER
We will insure you that you will receive the housing contract signed by the landlord to start your administrative task like VISA, Bank account, housing insurance
5/ADVICES FOR THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
We give you important information and point of control to check during your checkin and check-out to avoid any problem during your rental period
6/COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH
In France, almost all people speak only french , that’s why in our service we communicate with you in english
7/TRANSLATION IN ENGLISH OF THE OBLIGATION OF LANDLORDS AND TENANTS
Unfortunately, sometimes there are misunderstanding between tenants and landlords regarding the housing contract.Our team will give you the translation in english of the obliglation of each parts
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE BOOKING PROCESS:
Alongside your booking request, please send us the following documents.
-Your passport or ID card
-Acceptance letter of your school or firm in France
-Passport or ID card of your guarantor (someone who'd be responsible for the rent in case you don't pay)
-Proof of income of your guarantor (payslip, tax notice...)
-Proof of address of your guarantor (electricity bills…):
-Important information: If your documents aren’t in French, Spanish or English please highlight the information we need (name, income, address)
I will then show them to the landlord who'll accept or decline your application. We'll then send you on this platform a special offer corresponding to our agency fees. Once you paid, we'll send you the contract to sign and you'll transfer the first month's rent and the deposit, it's that easy!
