The location is only 15 min walking to the centre, 100 m from the metro station and 1 station or 10 min walk from Westbahnhof!

-Guests can use the whole apartment and terrace for their own.

Cleaning Fee: 145€ (one time)
Different deposit can apply for longer rentals (1,5 months rent for duration up to 3 months and 2 x rent for duration over 3 months, 3 x rent for duration over 6 months)
For rentals over 3 months, electricity will be registered on tenant.
Fair use principle for heating and warm water: if very high consumption (meter will be checked at checkin and checkout) a surcharge can apply. No worries, will be in "fair" use!
Registration is possible but fee of 55 Euro applies.
