Here, you can find some of the best museums and historical landmarks, including the emblematic Ancient Art Museum - just 50 meters away from the apartment. There's also easy access to public transportation, including the famous 28 tram!

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a very quiet street.
It's absolutely perfect for couples or small families looking a peaceful stay in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions within a walking distance.

→ Terrace
The apartment features a terrace with garden (barbecue is not available). In the terrace you will find beautiful original Portuguese tiles that honor the country's Golden Era of the Discoveries. It's a masterpiece that illuminates the entire apartment and leads the way to the cultural journey that our guests are about to start in our beautiful city.

→ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a Double Bed and the other with a Single Bed, but convertible to 2 Single Beds.

→ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathroom with shower.

→ Living Room
The living room has a big and comfortable sofa with plenty of natural light from the terrace and a dining table for 4.

→ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and microwave.

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ Although the apartment is on the ground floor, there are stairs to the bedrooms, bathroom and terrace.
→ Construction work is going on in the surroundings of the building with no timetable for completion.
