Opened in the beginning of 2023, this quiet backyard complex features 16 micro apartments right in the city centre of Düsseldorf.

Flat 12 is a beautiful, spacious micro flat that has been decorated with love and style to make you feel right at home.

The highlight of the room is a comfortable queen-size bed, which ensures a restful and good night's sleep, so that the next day starts full of energy, whatever your plans are.

From the bed or the cosy sitting area, you can enjoy a view of the backyard through the wall-high windows or linger in front of the TV.
To maintain your privacy or protect you from the sun's rays, we have installed retractable blinds and electronic shutters to partially or completely darken the room.

In the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to be self-sufficient: refrigerator, cooker and oven, as well as all cooking utensils.
If cooking isn't your thing, that's no problem either: you can have groceries (e.g. via Gorillas or Flink) or meals delivered to your home within minutes by one of the city's many delivery services (e.g. Lieferando or Wolt).

An en-suite bathroom with shower completes the flat.
