The newly fully-furnished room is part of a 91 sqm apartment in Munich and comprises the whole first floor of the building.

The comfortably furnished room has the following brand new furniture:
- 140 cm bed with adjustable slats and medium-firm foam mattress with mattress protector (Pillow, blanket and bedclothes also included)

There is also a storage room for cleaning stuff and other utilities, although in the kitchen are probably already enough shelters for everything.

The bus stop is located in front of the door and brings you in 3 minutes to the S-Bahn-, Metro- and Tram- Station "Moosach". You can also go there by foot in 5 minutes. From there you only need 20 minutes to the heart of Munich to Marienplatz.
You can also find all the daily necessities such Aldi, bakery, pharmacy, hair salon, doctor's office, and various restaurants in your vicinity.
