Tous nos appartements sont situés en centre-ville et proches de toutes
commodités et transports en communs (Métro, Tramway et Bus).
Cette ravissante chambre privative en colocation, meublée, équipée et prête-à-vivre à Lyon unit confort et design. Elle dispose de nombreux équipements comme un lit double confortable et hypoallergénique avec couette et oreillers. Ne reste plus qu'à apporter votre bagage pour y vivre ! La chambre peut se fermer à clef si vous préférez garder vos affaires sous clef.
Toutes nos chambres sont entièrement meublées (lit, bureau, penderie,
couette, oreillers…).
Le logement se trouve dans le quartier Garibaldi, en plein centre de Lyon. De nombreux restaurants, transports publics, commerces sont situés aux environs. La colocation est à l'étage 4 avec ascenseur. Elle est entièrement meublée et dispose d' une cuisine équipée de A à Z avec réfrigérateur, bouilloire, casseroles, vaisselle, ustensiles, micro-ondes, grille-pain, poêles… Mais aussi lave-linge, planche à repasser, fer à repasser, tancarville.
Le matériel pour le ménage est fourni à l'intérieur de la colocation : balai, balai-brosse, aspirateur, seau et serpillère… Chaque colocation meublée comprend toutes les charges : wifi illimité, électricité, eau, assurance habitation, taxe sur les ordures, charges de copropriété.
Tous nos appartements sont entièrement équipés (lave-linge, vaisselle,
décoration…) par nos équipes, qui se chargent également de la maintenance
technique et matérielle.
On vous propose une belle chambre en colocation meublé dans le quartier Garibaldi. Il s'agit d'un quartier résidentiel qui est en même temps vivant et jeune. Les axes y sont larges, boisés, et bordés d'immeubles haussmanniens. La grande rue de la Guillotière est une rue très commerçante où l'on peut trouver un large panel de restauration (cuisines indienne, chinoise, vietnamienne, grecque, arabe, italienne...). La rue Garibaldi, l'une des plus longues de Lyon, traverse la ville du nord au sud. Le quartier est très bien desservi en transports en commun et idéalement situé entre les péniches des quais de Rhône, l'Université Jean-Moulin Lyon 3 (Manufacture des Tabacs), et la Part Dieu, centre des affaires lyonnais qui comprend l'un des plus grands centre commercial d’Europe.

Appartement éligible à la CAF jusqu’à 258€ / mois. La CAF pour Caisse
d'allocations familiales est un service public gratuit et français éligible
pour tous,y compris les étranger et qui peut vous aider financièrement à
payer une partie de votre logement en fonction de votre situation que vous
soyez français ou étranger. Pour connaître le montant potentiel de votre
aide, rendez-vous sur le site de CAF et complétez l’estimation en ligne des
APL (aide pour le logement).

Les frais de services couvrent l’écriture du bail mais également
l’assistance tout au long de votre séjour. Les frais de services couvrent
ainsi la réparation et l’entretien du matériel ainsi que l’accès à notre
support ultra réactif en cas de besoin d’intervention dans votre logement.

All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities
and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus).
This stunning private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and turn-key flatshare in Lyon puts together comfort and design. It has got lots of household goods, including a double bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your belongings to make this place your own! The room can be locked if you need extra privacy.
All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare can be found in the "Garibaldi" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Several public transports, shops, restaurants can be found close by. The apartment is on floor #4 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, pans, microwave, kitchen ustensils, toaster, crockery… The accommodation also contains an ironing board, a clothes rack, a washing machine, an iron.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, broom, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: unlimited wi-fi, electricity, housing insurance, condominium fees, water, household waste tax.

The rue Garibaldi, one of the longest streets in Lyon, crosses the city from north to south. The area is very well-connected by public transports and ideally situated between the banks of the Rhône and its bars, the university district and Part Dieu, Lyon’s commercial district which accommodates one of the biggest shopping centres in Europe.
