Lovely apartment in center with terrace is ideal for a family or friends seeking long term rent in the cultural center of Barcelona - Born. The residence features a bedroom with a large double bed, as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds with wooden furniture for storage of clothing during your stay. In this apartment, you will find a pretty living room with a large mirror and a sofa-bed for an additional guest. You will also have access to a fully-equipped modern kitchen through sliding doors. You can enjoy your meal at the round table in the living room or at the communal terrace on the rooftop of the building. The terrace is also a good space for laying out with your favorite book and tanning on a nice day.
The apartment is located in the El Born neighborhood, known for its network of twisting, narrow streets lined with boutiques, as well as for its hidden plazas. The apartment is just a few steps from La Ciutadella park, a great starting place for a jog down to the beach in the mornings, as well as the Arc de Triomf, one of the most emblematic structures of Barcelona. You will be a few minutes from the Jaume and Urquinaona metro stations with quick access to the rest of the city.

** From 10:00 p.m. at 8:00 am. you must be quiet. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the apartment and/or have to pay a fine.
- The apartment does not have any food (there is no coffee, salt, oil, sugar).
- We provide guests with a kit of welcome amenities (1-2 toilet rolls, neutral soap in small quantities - they are not for the entire stay). There are always towels and sheets.
