🏡 SIZE Flats are luxury apartments, ideal for families and groups, a few meters from the Torre dos Clérigos, located in the nightlife area, right in the heart of the beautiful city of Porto. Housed in a building completely restored and refurbished in 2019, with elevator, air conditioning and all amenities.

The space
SIZE Flats - Apartment 1.1 is an apartment with a maximum capacity for 6 people, with two bedrooms (one double room, the other with two single beds). The apartment has two complete bathrooms with shower, one toilet, one living / dining room with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen, including an oven and a dishwasher.

In the building there is also a shared laundry room with washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board are at your disposal inside your apartment. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay.
We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested.
Air conditioning system that also provides heating of the apartment in winter.
TV service and Wifi Internet available and free.
The accommodation is located on the first floor, accessible with elevator from the main entrance of the building.

Electricity bills included up to 100 euros and water bills included up to 50 euros.

Weekly cleaning included.

Guest access
Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment (except closed storage areas) and amenities including towels and bed linen.
