This apartment is situated in Alfama, the oldest district of Lisbon where many excellent Fado restaurants and traditional cafés and shops are located. The apartment building is easily accessible by public transport, and cars or taxis can stop right outside the front door, although only to drop off bags or suitcases. Parking here isn't easy, but just 5 minute's walk away there is a public car park by the riverfront which costs less than 8 euros per day.
TRANSPORT
● Please note that the property is not directly accessible by car. On-street parking may be available on Rua das Escolas Gerais nº30 or Rua de Guilherme Braga nº13. These streets are both about 1–2 minutes away by foot.
● The nearest bus stop to the property is R. Escolas Gerais, which is just a 2-minute walk.
● Santa Apolónia subway station is a 13-minute walk.

HOUSE RULES

– Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
– Keep the property clean and tidy.
– Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
– Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
– Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
– Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
– To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
