12 minutes with direct tram to the center and sights of Vienna.

Very good infrastructure and in quiet side street. All windows to quiet inner yard.

Can accomodate up to 5 guests. Sleeping arrangements e.g. : 2 people in double bed, 1-2 people on couch bed. 1 person on bed couch or on extra mattress

**Please be aware that the shower door is slightly damaged at the moment and doesn't close properly, it stays a little open, but showering or splashing water outside isn't an issue. We have reflected this in the price**
