My lovely apartment lies at Filopappou hill in the famous Koukaki area, one of the must visit - must stay place in Athens. You can walk through Acropolis and Plaka!
The apartment is located at Filopappou hill in a raised ground floor. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed each and the other with two singles. which can be transformed into a double (the second bed can be raised up to the heigh of the other one).
On the living room you will find a relax sofa and a flat TV. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
Entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Syggrou Fix is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 800 meters away.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony
Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
For late check in after 00:00 there is a small fee
Transfer service and private tours are available upon request

Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation).
For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
