This sunny four-room apartment, developed on two levels, is located among the hills of Gordola, in a scenic area that offers the apartment a wonderful view of the lake and surrounding greenery, both from the windows and from the balcony.The living room is a large open space consisting of a TV area, with a comfortable sofa on which to read and watch a movie after a day of sightseeing, and a dining area with a table for six where you can have lunch and dinner together. Next door is the modern kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped, with a bar counter for breakfast and quick snacks. Concluding this floor is a half bath. Going up the stairs, there is the sleeping area. There are 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin with single beds, and together with the two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, make the apartment perfect for families and groups of friends, but also for business stays among colleagues, giving everyone their own privacy.A set of towels is included in the stay for each person, along with sheets and blankets and a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessities for a breakfast.A private garage is available to guests.
